Module Development Lead
Join a leading engineering organization and take part in developing cutting-edge avionics modules for large-scale, multidisciplinary and mission-critical systems.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end development, integration and production of complex modules, working in a matrix environment with top engineering teams, customers and subcontractors — from early design through deployment at customer sites.
What you’ll do:
- Lead development and production of advanced avionics modules
- Drive multidisciplinary engineering teams (systems, HW, SW, mechanics, testing)
- Lead design reviews, integrations, and system-level testing
- Work closely with customers and subcontractors on schedules, budgets and execution
What we’re looking for:
- B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics / Computer Engineering
- 5+ years of experience leading or developing complex HW/SW products
- Strong systems engineering mindset
- Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
- Leadership, ownership, and the ability to drive teams in complex environments
Advantages:
