Automation Developer

We are looking for an experienced Automation Developer to join our automation team in a challenging technological environment that includes complex systems, simulators, real hardware, and multi-component integrations. The role includes developing tests, extending existing automation infrastructures, and working directly with Development, QA, and DevOps teams.

Role Description

• Develop automated tests in Python using the Pytest framework. • Work with existing automation frameworks and extend them. • Build abstraction layers, fixtures, and utilities for the automation infrastructure. • Work with hardware, simulators, communication protocols, and embedded systems. • Work with Jenkins and CI/CD processes. • Analyze issues, logs, and complex permutations.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Python automation development. • Strong familiarity with Pytest, modern test structures, and fixtures. • Experience working with JSON, YAML, and writing parametric tests. • Ability to work with complex, multi-component systems. • Emphasis on clean, modular code and appropriate design patterns.

Advantages

• Experience with Docker or Kubernetes. • Experience with hardware or real-time systems. • Knowledge in Java or .NET. • Deep experience with Jenkins infrastructure. • Security/defense industry background – major advantage.
