Electro-Optical system engineer (5851)

We are seeking a highly skilled Electro-Optical System Engineer to join our multidisciplinary development team.

Key Responsibilities: • Define system requirements, architecture, and performance specifications for EO systems. • Perform system engineering analyses, including electro-optical modeling, simulations, and trade studies. • Lead integration and testing of electro-optical subsystems and full system prototypes. • Conduct performance characterization, troubleshooting, and optimization of EO components. • Interface with cross-functional engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle. • Prepare technical documentation, reports, and design reviews. • Support customer interactions and provide system-level expertise as needed.

Requirements: • B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Optics, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in electro-optical system engineering (or strong relevant hands-on background). • Experience with optical systems, sensors, detectors, lasers, or imaging technologies. • Strong analytical and modeling skills; familiarity with tools such as MATLAB, Zemax/Code V, or similar. • Proven experience in system integration and testing. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
