Reports to: VP Operations Role Purpose The Production Line Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s overall production and assembly activities for loitering munition systems and its manufacturing subcontractors, including the Integration Lab. The role is responsible for ensuring effective control and execution of production processes, while meeting quality, schedule, cost, delivery, and applicable defense regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Production Line & Subcontractor Management • Overall responsibility for production and assembly activities performed by manufacturing subcontractors. • Manage day-to-day interfaces with subcontractors, including planning, coordination, monitoring, and continuous improvement. • Manage the Integration Lab team and activities. • Define work processes, manufacturing instructions, control points, and KPIs for subcontractors. • Monitor subcontractor performance against delivery schedules, quality standards, and production targets. Production Planning & Control • Receive production plans from the Production Planning & Control team and translate them into production and assembly activities. • Manage workload and capacity across subcontractors and optimize work allocation. • Monitor production progress, identify bottlenecks, and drive resolution of deviations and delays. • Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Quality to ensure production continuity and on-time delivery. Quality & Regulatory Compliance • Ensure implementation of quality procedures, regulatory requirements, and applicable defense standards. • Lead the investigation of production issues and failures, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. • Prepare production activities for customer audits, internal audits, and regulatory inspections. • Work closely with the Quality Manager to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. Engineering & Process Improvement • Lead DFM/DFA activities in collaboration with Engineering. • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and the transition of products from development to production. • Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing, assembly, testing, and debugging processes. • Initiate solutions to reduce costs, shorten assembly lead times, improve productivity, and enhance product reliability. Cross-Functional Management • Maintain daily interfaces with R&D, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Quality, and Management. • Provide regular management updates on production status, risks, bottlenecks, and performance against targets. • Drive cross-functional problem-solving and ensure timely resolution of production-related issues.

Requirements Education • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field – significant advantage. • Practical Engineer / Engineering Technician with proven experience in defense manufacturing may be considered. Professional Experience • 5+ years of experience in production, operations, manufacturing, or subcontractor management. • Proven experience working with manufacturing subcontractors – required. • Experience in a defense, aerospace, or electro-mechanical environment – strong advantage. • Experience with complex systems, system integration, and precision assembly. • Familiarity with quality processes, audits, and defense-related regulatory requirements. Skills & Competencies • Ability to lead end-to-end processes and drive execution. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high level of operational control. • Assertive and effective in managing suppliers and subcontractors, while maintaining strong collaboration. • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with frequent changes and shifting priorities. • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving skills. • Hands-on approach with a strong focus on execution and field-level problem solving. Languages • Hebrew – Native. • English – Good technical proficiency.
