We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Infrastructure Expert to lead the design, deployment, integration, and optimization of Microsoft-based enterprise environments. Requirements:

Proven experience designing and implementing Microsoft infrastructure solutions from scratch. Deep expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Microsoft ecosystem technologies. Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD), and hybrid environments. Strong background in infrastructure integration, migrations, and modernization projects. Advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis capabilities in complex enterprise environments. Experience with virtualization, high availability, backup, and disaster recovery solutions. Strong customer-facing and project delivery skills.

Advantages:

Knowledge of VMware and virtualization technologies. Experience with storage, networking, and cybersecurity solutions. Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell). Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, Azure certifications, etc.).
