Hardware Engineer (6557)

An innovative high-tech company is looking for a Senior Hardware Engineer to join its Hardware team and lead the design and development of advanced electronic systems, including high-performance boards and embedded hardware solutions for compute, storage, and communication applications.

Responsibilities Lead board design throughout the entire development lifecycle, from requirements definition and architecture to implementation, bring-up, validation, qualification, and release to production. Take full ownership of electrical specifications, schematic design, component selection, and layout considerations. Perform hands-on board bring-up, debugging, and validation in the lab, ensuring a smooth transition to manufacturing. Contribute to system architecture by integrating hardware, firmware, and software considerations. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary R&D teams. Support and monitor environmental and qualification testing.

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field. 4+ years of experience in board design. Strong experience with high-speed digital design, DDR4, FPGA, and mixed-signal systems. Experience in DC/DC power design and simulation. Hands-on experience with signal integrity, power analysis, debugging, and lab validation. Self-motivated, organized, proactive, and an excellent team player. Experience designing hardware for demanding or mission-critical environments – an advantage. Experience with SI/PI simulations – an advantage. Experience with OrCAD and Allegro – an advantage.
