Responsibilities
Develop motion control algorithms for real-time high-precision systems Design and implement control models using MATLAB/Simulink (major part of the work) Develop and maintain control algorithms for new and existing products Work on fire control, stabilization, tracking, and line-of-sight systems Participate in system integration, debugging, and performance tuning on real systems Support laboratory and field testing, including on-site experiments when required Analyze test results and implement algorithmic and system improvements Work closely with multidisciplinary teams (software, mechanical, electrical, and systems) Requirements
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field 3–5 years of experience in control engineering or control algorithm development Strong experience in motion control and dynamic systems Experience with MATLAB/Simulink Solid understanding of control theory and real-time systems Hands-on experience with system testing and validation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Advantages
Experience with fire control systems or fire control algorithm development Experience in stabilization, tracking, estimation, navigation, or sensor fusion Experience with electro-optical (EO) systems Experience with embedded or real-time systems Experience with Python Background in defense, robotics, or autonomous systems
