Data Scientist (6531)

A leading global technology company is looking for an experienced Data Scientist to join a high-impact product analytics team and help shape products used by millions of people worldwide. In this role, you will leverage large-scale data, advanced analytics, and product insights to drive strategic decision-making and influence the development of innovative digital products. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams, transforming complex data into actionable recommendations that create measurable business and user impact.

Responsibilities: Analyze large and complex datasets to solve product and business challenges. Define, monitor, and optimize key product metrics and KPIs. Design and execute analytical studies, experiments, and statistical analyses to drive product improvements. Identify growth opportunities and uncover actionable insights through data. Partner with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions. Communicate findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Lead data-driven initiatives from problem definition to execution and impact measurement.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field. 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Product Analytics, or a similar analytical role. Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Python. Proven experience leading end-to-end analytical projects, including metric definition, experimentation, analysis, and executive-level communication. Strong understanding of user behavior analysis, product ecosystems, and long-term business trends. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in a quantitative discipline. Experience leveraging AI tools to optimize workflows and drive business impact. Knowledge of responsible and ethical AI practices, including quality, accuracy, and risk mitigation. Passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging AI technologies. Why Join?
