Business Development & Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities Drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities in Israel and international markets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key aviation stakeholders, including airlines, airports, MROs, OEMs, and global industry partners. Lead commercial negotiations and manage the full business development cycle. Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning and support business objectives. Represent the company at international aviation events and exhibitions. Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in Business Development and/or Marketing within the aviation industry. Proven success in international business development and strategic partnerships. Strong commercial, negotiation, and communication skills. Established network within the global aviation sector. Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage. Willingness to travel internationally.
