Develop and maintain modern SharePoint Online pages, layouts, and navigation Build and customize web parts, templates, and page structures to support IT communications Ensure clear, structured, and user-friendly content presentation across platforms Optimize SharePoint sites for performance, responsiveness, and usability Support ongoing enhancements of IT communication platforms and campaigns Collaborate with IT, Communications, and project teams to deliver high-quality solutions

2+ years of experience in SharePoint Online front-end development Strong working knowledge of SharePoint pages, web parts, and site structure Experience with HTML/CSS (JavaScript/SPFx – advantage) Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools (e.g., Figma) Understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
