We are looking for At our Haifa site, we are looking for a Software Team Lead in the ATE (test equipment) software domain. You will lead and grow a talented team building PC applications on Windows OS that interface with hardware components forming our test systems infrastructure. Join us to deliver robust, high impact solutions that support mission critical products in a cutting edge defense environment, shaping architecture, championing quality and innovation, and influencing multiple projects end to end

In this role you will

• Lead a software development team across multiple projects
• Own the team’s software development lifecycle including requirements analysis, architecture and concept definition, issue management and debugging
• Ensure solution and deliverable quality while driving innovation and improving work processes
• Mentor and develop team members professionally
• Collaborate and manage interfaces with multiple development groups across the organization

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• 5+ years of experience developing in C# over .NET Framework
• Hands on experience building Windows OS applications with multithreading and asynchronous programming
• Familiarity with web development (ASP.NET Core and Angular) - Advantage
• Good familiarity with software development methodologies and SOLID principles - Advantage
• Previous managerial experience (team lead or matrix leadership) - Advantage
• Familiarity with software control of hardware components - Advantage
• Strong leadership and team orientation with high motivation and drive to advance processes and projects
