System Engineer – Airborne Systems Development

A leading defense technology organization is seeking a System Engineer to join the development of an advanced airborne system.

Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional engineering and development activities, including coordination with subcontractors. Manage engineering execution, development reviews, ground tests, system-level trials, and risk management activities. Define system requirements and interfaces. Build and manage development plans through the full lifecycle, from development to production transfer. Work closely with multidisciplinary development teams and report to the Development Manager.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering. At least 3 years of experience in a development engineering role. At least 5 years of experience in technical leadership or systems engineering of complex multidisciplinary systems (System of Systems). Experience with complex airborne defense systems – an advantage.
