System Engineer
A leading defense technology organization is seeking an experienced System Engineer to join a cutting-edge division, working on a next-generation multidisciplinary product within a business program environment.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multiple engineering disciplines in a matrix-managed environment
- Analyze customer requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system requirement documents
- Define and manage interfaces between various engineering teams
- Lead requirements management and system/subsystem design approvals for a new advanced system
- Drive engineering design processes throughout the full product lifecycle — from development through serial production
- Lead and support development and integration test activities
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Software Engineering / Aerospace Engineering – mandatory
- M.Sc. in Systems Engineering – advantage
- At least 5 years of experience in development processes within multidisciplinary systems – mandatory
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on System Engineering experience – mandatory
- Experience with airborne systems – advantage
