Global Program Manager

About the role A rapidly growing defense technology company in the field of autonomous systems is looking for experienced Program Managers to lead strategic projects in Israel and abroad. The role combines business ownership, customer management, operational leadership and coordination of complex multidisciplinary activities around advanced unmanned platforms and mission systems.

Responsibilities • Lead programs from early engagement with the customer to long-term delivery and support • Manage budgets, schedules, operational activities, subcontractors and customer expectations • Coordinate between legal and business procurement teams of engineering operations, manufacturing and industrial • Maintain close relationships with customers and strategic partners in Israel and abroad • Support business growth by identifying future opportunities and expanding customer activity • Drive projects in dynamic environments involving advanced autonomous and robotic technologies • Work in a matrix organization with interfaces and owners Multiple Interests

Requirements • At least 3 years of experience in managing complex technology projects or programs • For international positions, preference is given to candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience • Strong customer management and stakeholder management skills • High level of English, including negotiation with presentations and ongoing communication with customers • Experience working with global customers and subcontractors - an advantage • Background in operational environments of defense systems or strategic programs - an advantage • Ability to lead processes, manage priorities and act independently • Willingness to travel abroad according to project needs, mainly in Europe
