We are looking for a strategic and highly proactive Sourcing Expert to lead complex talent-search initiatives across Hardware and Software domains. This role combines advanced sourcing capabilities, AI-driven recruitment innovation, and close partnership with hiring managers to solve challenging hiring needs.
The ideal candidate is passionate about talent intelligence, understands modern sourcing ecosystems, and knows how to transform difficult recruitment challenges into scalable hiring strategies.
Responsibilities Lead strategic sourcing activities for complex and hard-to-fill technical roles across Hardware and Software disciplines. Build and execute creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, GitHub, X-Ray, Boolean searches, niche communities, and additional talent platforms. Utilize AI-based recruiting tools and technologies to improve sourcing efficiency, talent mapping, and candidate engagement. Design, build, and optimize sourcing agents / automations to support recruitment workflows and market intelligence. Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to deeply understand hiring needs, organizational DNA, and success profiles. Conduct talent market research, competitor mapping, and pipeline analysis for strategic hiring initiatives. Mentor recruiters and hiring managers on sourcing best practices, market trends, and recruitment strategy. Drive proactive pipeline generation for future hiring needs and critical business functions. Create and maintain high-quality candidate engagement strategies with strong focus on candidate experience. Support employer branding efforts and strategic recruitment initiatives.
Requirements Proven experience as a Sourcing Expert / Talent Sourcer / Technical Recruiter in Hardware and/or Software environments. Strong expertise in strategic sourcing methodologies and advanced Boolean/X-Ray search techniques. Hands-on experience with AI recruiting tools, sourcing automation, and talent intelligence platforms. Experience building or working with AI agents, workflow automations, or recruitment process optimization tools. Strong understanding of technical roles across Software Engineering, Embedded, Hardware, AI, Data, or related domains. Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and influence hiring strategy. Excellent communication, consulting, and mentoring skills. Analytical mindset with strong market research and talent mapping capabilities. Self-driven, creative, and highly strategic thinker.
