We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Admin to join our startup team. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all admin and operational, helping keep everything running smoothly in our fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Administrative support to employees and managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. • Manage office maintenance, including coordination with cleaning staff, facility management, and ordering supplies. • Handle guest reception, including welcoming visitors. • Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring a tidy and efficient workspace. • Manage and coordinate employee gifts and special events. • Demonstrate a proactive approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to the role. Requirements: • 3-4 years experience in similar positions • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • High level of commitment and reliability. • Good English language skills, both spoken and written.
