Principal Systems Engineer

A leading company developing advanced robotic and multidisciplinary electromechanical systems for industrial and energy applications is looking for an experienced Robotics Systems Engineer to join its Systems Engineering team.

This is a hands-on role focused on system integration, Verification & Validation (V&V), reliability, and end-to-end testing of complex robotic platforms integrated with hardware, software, and embedded systems.

Responsibilities Lead system integration and end-to-end validation activities Own V&V processes, reliability testing, and field validation Build and develop test infrastructure and test equipment Perform system-level debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis Work closely with software, hardware, firmware, and mechanical teams Support customer-site integration and testing activities in Israel and abroad Drive cross-functional technical collaboration across multiple projects Requirements B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Robotics, or related field 10+ years of hands-on experience in Systems Engineering, Integration, Testing, and V&V Strong multidisciplinary system understanding (HW/SW/Control/Sensors) Experience with complex electromechanical or robotic systems Proven hands-on integration and troubleshooting capabilities Experience building or defining test infrastructure and validation environments Strong English communication skills

Advantages Experience with UAVs, UGVs, autonomous systems, or defense-related platforms Background in system simulation, integration labs, or multidisciplinary testing Experience with safety, certification, and field deployments
