Global Manufacturing Project Manager (6365)

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead global manufacturing setup projects and support the transition from development to scalable production. This is a highly hands-on role focused on establishing production lines, building operational infrastructure, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving knowledge transfer between HQ and international manufacturing sites. Significant travel & extended stays abroad

Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end manufacturing setup projects, from planning through ramp-up and stabilization Manage operational, logistical, and technical activities on-site Drive knowledge transfer, onboarding, and training for local teams Build and manage project plans, timelines, risks, and milestones Work closely with operations, NPI, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance teams Support local hiring and development of operational teams abroad Ensure smooth communication and alignment between global sites and HQ Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence

Requirements: 5+ years of Project / Program Management experience Background in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, NPI, or production planning Strong understanding of manufacturing environments and production workflows Ability to read mechanical drawings and work with technical files Experience leading cross-functional projects in matrix organizations Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Fluent English (spoken & written) Willingness to travel abroad extensively (up to 50%) Relevant degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or similar
