Senior Systems Engineer Autonomous Aerial Solutions

About the role A fast growing drone company is looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join a team developing advanced solutions for managing autonomous aerial platforms. This role combines system thinking with a product mindset and focuses on building complete solutions that connect software sensors and airborne systems.

Responsibilities Translate operational needs and use cases into clear system definitions and product requirements Create system architecture and write technical documents that guide development and integration Work closely with R and D integration QA and project stakeholders from development to deployment Connect platform capabilities sensors and software into one working system Take part in defining product direction roadmap and priorities Review market trends customer feedback and competing solutions Work with end users during development to improve usability and performance Present system concepts and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders

Requirements BSc in Computer Science Engineering or a related field At least three years of experience in system engineering or similar roles Experience working with systems that combine software hardware and sensors Experience writing system and product requirement documents Understanding of software development processes Experience with product related work such as roadmap planning or cross team collaboration Familiarity with command and control systems is an advantage Background in robotics aviation navigation or simulation is an advantage Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
