Systems Integration Engineer (UAV Domain)

Overview A highly successful drone company is looking for a Systems Integration Engineer to join a cross-functional engineering group working on advanced unmanned platforms. This position is part of a hands-on team involved in bringing complex systems from development into fully operational solutions, in collaboration with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities • Take ownership of end-to-end integration activities across hardware and software components • Design and execute validation processes in both controlled lab environments and real-world scenarios • Produce technical documentation including integration workflows, verification procedures, and test summaries • Interface with R&D teams, system engineers, and external vendors to ensure smooth system alignment • Investigate system behavior, diagnose failures, and dive into data/logs to resolve non-trivial issues • Operate in a fast-moving environment with evolving technological challenges

Qualifications • Practical experience (1+ year) in system-level testing, validation, or integration • Strong ability to interpret system data and identify irregular scenarios • Hands-on familiarity with diagnostic and analysis tools (e.g., network analyzers, API tools, or similar) • Availability for occasional international travel • Fluent English communication skills • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within multidisciplinary teams
