Data & Artificial Intelligence Lead

We’re looking for a Data & AI Lead to lead our data strategy and AI initiatives, driving business growth, personalization, and consumer intelligence.

What you’ll do: Own and execute the data & AI strategy across marketing, merchandising, eCommerce, and operations Lead development of personalization, segmentation, and recommendation solutions Build and manage high-performing data science & analytics teams Partner with business and tech stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions Drive measurable impact (retention, LTV, AOV, operational efficiency) Ensure strong data governance, privacy, and ethical AI practices

What we’re looking for: 3-5 years in data science / analytics / AI (with leadership experience) Background in retail / fashion / eCommerce Proven experience with personalization, customer analytics, and AI-driven growth Strong business mindset and stakeholder management skills Degree in Statistics / Math / Computer Science
