We’re building advanced, large-scale simulation platforms used for high-impact training in complex, real-world environments.

Looking for a hands-on Web Full Stack Team Lead to lead a strong engineering team and take part in designing and developing a cutting-edge, cloud-based product.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and mentor a Full Stack team (Backend ~30%, Frontend ~70%)

• Hands-on development with .NET (Core / 7 / 8) and React

• Design and evolve microservices-based architecture

• Build scalable, high-performance, secure cloud solutions

• Collaborate closely with DevOps, Product, UX and Security teams

• Influence architecture, tech stack and development best practices

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience leading development teams

• Strong frontend experience with React

• Strong backend experience with .NET

• Experience with Microservices & REST APIs

• Cloud experience (AWS / Azure) – advantage

• DevOps mindset; Docker / Kubernetes – advantage

• Experience with distributed systems security

• Leadership mindset, fast learner, problem solver
