Algorithm Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Algorithm Team Lead to drive the development of advanced computer vision and 3D algorithms, from concept through deployment on edge systems.

This role combines hands-on technical work with team leadership, requiring both deep expertise and the ability to deliver robust, real-world solutions.

Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of algorithm engineers Own the end-to-end development of algorithms, from research to implementation Collaborate with software, hardware, and system teams Contribute to technical direction and system architecture

Requirements:

M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field Experience leading algorithm teams 5+ years of experience in Computer Vision, Navigation & Estimation, or Machine Learning Strong system-level understanding and delivery mindset Experience with visual sensors (e.g., cameras, LiDAR) Proficiency in C++ and Python

Advantages:

Experience with embedded or real-time systems Background in autonomous systems and inertial/navigation sensors Expertise in areas such as Deep Learning, SLAM, Sensor Fusion, Multi-Object Tracking, or State Estimation
