About the Role We are looking for a motivated and driven Junior Tech Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting NVIDIA hiring in Israel. This is a full-time, entry-level opportunity designed for individuals at the beginning of their career — including Master’s students — who are eager to grow into a full-cycle recruiter role.
You will take an active part in sourcing, candidate engagement, and early-stage recruitment processes within a dynamic R&D environment.
Responsibilities Source and engage candidates for software, hardware, and R&D roles Conduct initial screening interviews Manage candidate pipelines and track progress throughout the hiring process Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs Build talent pipelines and support sourcing strategies
Gradually take ownership of recruitment processes
Requirements Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s degree – advantage) Previous experience in an administrative, operational, or customer-facing role, or exposure to HR/recruitment Strong communication and interpersonal skills High level of English (written and spoken) Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks Strong motivation to build a career in recruitment and the tech industry
Nice to Have Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing (even at a basic level) Experience working with LinkedIn or sourcing tools Familiarity with the tech industry or R&D roles
