About the Role We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to lead the end-to-end development of multidisciplinary solutions integrating 5G cellular technologies with advanced radio systems. This role combines deep technical ownership with cross-functional leadership, from early concept and architecture through integration, validation, and qualification. You will work closely with internal engineering teams and external technology partners to deliver innovative, high-performance communication systems.

Requirements B.Sc. in Electrical or Communications Engineering (M.Sc. – advantage) Minimum 5 years of system engineering experience in cellular or advanced communication systems Deep expertise in 5G technologies (5G NR, RAN, Core, slicing, MIMO, beamforming, mmWave, protocol stack, QoS, security) Proven track record leading full lifecycle system engineering activities: CONOPS, requirements, ICDs, architecture, design reviews, integration, verification, and acceptance Experience integrating 5G with radio communication systems and ensuring interoperability across domains Strong technical writing skills and experience producing system specifications, test plans, and qualification documentation
