Senior Guidance & Control Engineer (6660)

A leading organization in the aerospace and defense technology sector is looking for an experienced Senior Guidance & Control Engineer to join a highly advanced engineering team.

The role includes: • Development of physical and dynamic models for complex flight systems • Design and development of advanced algorithms in Guidance, Navigation & Control (GNC), flight control, estimation, and signal processing • Independent design, simulation, and implementation of guidance, control, and estimation algorithms using MATLAB & Simulink • Algorithm implementation in C++, using OOP methodologies, Visual Studio, and real-time environments • Analysis of experimental and test results, investigation of system performance, and implementation of lessons learned to continuously improve algorithms • Technical leadership and collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams

Requirements: • M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering – mandatory • At least 5 years of hands-on experience developing guidance, control, and estimation algorithms for missile or advanced flight systems • At least 2 years of experience leading/managing an engineering team • Strong analytical capabilities and a deep understanding of dynamic systems, control theory, and algorithm development
